25. Tell us about the last book you read (for leisure or for school).
I’m in the middle of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. The older I get, the easier it is to get through big long books. I love reading a few chapters each night before I fall asleep. I can still grasp small glimpses of my childhood when I read Harry Potter, which is comforting.
24. Tell us about the last movie you saw in theaters.
I saw “No Strings Attatched” this past weekend. First of all, I was all alone and it was a date movie, so couples surrounded me. But anyways, it was actually a good movie; I’m a sucker for rom com’s. Ashton Kutcher’s acting has improved, and it’s refreshing to watch Natalie Portman not make herself bleed every other scene. I’ve concluded that that’s the best kind of relationship- friends with benefits, sex friends, fuck buddies. It’s not serious. Even if real feelings do develop, it’s not awkward.
22. Do you play a sport? Tell us about it. If not, talk about a different hobby you may have.
I played soccer once and hated it. Dance was my hobby. Over the years it became a passion & my future career, so it’s not a hobby anymore. It’s only athletic thing I enjoy. Working out at the gym is boring but feels good. Going for occasional runs in the spring & summer are nice when I want to clear my mind at the same time. I like watching basketball, hockey, and soccer but that’s it.
In school, I’ve always enjoyed english and social studies. I’m fascinated by history and civics. In college I’m majoring in dance; hopefully I get accepted to a school where I can double major in that and business.
Yes, they are pretty ugly. Yes, they are bad for your feet (until you break them in). But when you live in the Northeast, there’s two feet of snow on the ground, ice coats every surface of the outdoors, and you have to trek back & forth between buildings to get to dance class… Uggs are essential. One pair can last you up to two years (two falls, two winters), so you certainly get your money’s worth. And I’m sorry, but knock-offs don’t compare.
My go-to junk food choices are potato chips (Cape Cod is the best), Nutella with pretzels, ice cream, anything peanut-buttery & chocolately. I love baking cupcakes & cookies to satisfy my sugar cravings. Cheez-its (regular & white cheddar) are addicting. This is gross, but I can eat a tub of frosting with a spoon by myself.
14. Do you have siblings? Talk about them, or talk about what it’s like to be an only child.
I have twin younger brothers. They’re really dorky and awkward and annoying and stupid. But they’re always there for me. And they can lift heavy stuff, reach for stuff up high, and beat up bitches for me.
I miss the first 4 years of being an only child. It was great to have all the attention & do my thing. But if I stayed an only child, I would’ve become really spoiled (not that I’m not already) and bratty.
